Not available now, but you can order it and they deliver later.

but they will deliver at some point? Or it`s a possibility that the item won`t be available again.

If you click on the item and open up its page, it will tell you how long it is backordered. It might be a week, couple of weeks or a month. Backorder means that they are making more, and the item will be available again. It is not the same as retired, which are the sets that are no longer produced.

You can add backordered sets to your shopping cart and buy them, however you won't be charged until the item actually ships. You can't order retired sets. The "add to cart" button will be grayed out.

In my experience the date given for how long the item is backordered is pretty accurate, or better. So if it says the item is backordered until mid-February, you will receive the set either at that time or before.

If you order more than one item at the same time, and some are backordered and others are not, you will receive the currently available items now, and the backordered item later. Your payment method will only be charged for the items that already shipped.

Typically occurs depending on stock for the region and if the sets are discounted, new or it is around the Christmas Holiday (all being high demand times)
Retiring sets have gone on backorder if LEGO is finishing up a run, but I would say if a retiring soon set and it goes on backorder, keep tabs on it via LEGO's site. If it becomes 'available' again, but your order shows it back-ordered still, call their CS to ensure it gets sent out.
