Harry Potter Minifigs

My lovely daughter who previously had me running all over the place trying to put together a Purple Skirt and Purple Clothes for her Mini Dolls has announced she wants a Ginny Weasley figure from Harry Potter. Her twin sister has also asked for a Hufflepuff figure as well (seems she is Hufflepuff according to the sorting hat thing).

Anyway my question is - is it more efficient to try and piece meal bricklink the parts for Ginny (it's the hair apparently which is vital) than to just try and pick up the figure in a one piece.

Since there was to the best of my knowledge no Hufflepuff (or Ravenclaw) figures anyone recommend a good way to make my own?

To quote my wife "If the Figures are in the LEGO Video Games they should be made available to buy from LEGO" *sigh* I didn't have the heart to explain how many figures that would be for all the games!
